Please view our full policy HERE. We have a 14-day return policy, which means we must receive your items no later than 14 days after delivery to be considered for a refund. Please note that sale/discounted items are final sale. Due to hygiene reasons earrings are final sale. Please refer to the earring size guide on each product page for more information to guide your buying decision. If you have questions about earring size or weight, please feel free to email us at info@meaningfulmood.com. We're happy to help! All other jewelry products can be returned within 14 days of your delivery date for a refund, or up to 30 days for store credit (sale/discounted items excluded).
