We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, or up to 30 days for store credit. Items must be received within this timeframe to be considered.

If you choose to use our prepaid return label, a flat $6.99 return shipping, handling, insurance, and processing fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Customers may also return eligible items using their own shipping method at their expense.

Please note: Earrings are final sale due to hygiene reasons. Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
