Refund policy
We have aย 14-day return policy, which means we must receive your items no later than 14ย days afterย delivery to beย considered for a refund.ย Please note that sale/discounted items are final sale. All orders redeeming free items at checkout are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Due to hygiene reasons earrings are final sale. Please refer to the earring size guide on each product page for more information to guide your decision. If you have questions about earring size or weight, please feel free to email us at info@meaningfulmood.com. We're happy to help!
All other jewelry can be returned within 14 days of your delivery date for a refund, or up to 30 days for store credit (sale/discounted items excluded). Returns MUST include original jewelry pouches and/or boxes to be eligible for return.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@meaningfulmood.com with the order number and the reason for the return.ย
If your return is accepted, weโll provide you with return instructions as well as the option to use a prepaid return label. If you choose to use our prepaid return label, a flat $6.99 return shipping, handling, insurance, and processing fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Alternatively, you may return the item using your own shipping method at your expense. Customers choosing this option are responsible for obtaining tracking and any desired shipping insurance. The return fee of $6.99 will be waived for customers that opt to ship their returns at their own expense. A Meaningful Mood is not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed in transit when shipped using a customer-provided carrier.ย
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns received more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Returns received after the return period will not be accepted.
Refunds for returns will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.ย
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiptย and contact us immediately if the item received is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will quickly work to resolveย the issue and make it right.ย Please email us a photo of the item including defect/damage. Damaged or defective items will be replaced with the same item only. If the damaged item is unavailable for replacement, the item will be processed for return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on earrings, sale items or gift cards.ย
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted. Please request a return. Once your return is received and processed, a refund (less the original shipping costs and return shipping costs) will be processed. You will need to place a new order for your preferred item.
Refunds
We will notify you once weโve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3ย business days,ย less the shipping fee paid upon purchase and less the return shipping fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.ย If more than 10 business days have passed since weโve approved your return, please contact us at info@meaningfulmood.com.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
